How do I edit my WordPress header or footer?

Most of the websites we build are similar in structure, so the main elements in the header or footer of your website are going to be controllable through Appearance > Widgets.
First ,we’ll need to log in to WordPress and go down to Appearance > Widgets
Next , along the right side of the screen, you’ll see various widget boxes:
You’re looking for the box called Header or Footer. Click that box and then you’ll be able to edit any content within those areas.
Note: within these boxes, you’ll often be seeing actual HTML code. If you have any questions, please contact our helpdesk.
