Awards & Recognition

Good work shows up in the websites we build, the support we provide, and the relationships we keep. Independent recognition gives prospective clients another way to check that work. We’ve been building WordPress websites since 2002.

Clutch Awards

Clutch is a leading B2B ratings and reviews platform. Every review published on Clutch is independently verified. These awards are earned based on client feedback, market presence, portfolio strength, and the recency of that feedback.

Recognition & Certifications

Three more places our work has been recognized — an editorial feature from Accessibility Checker, a certified partnership with Termageddon, and an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau.

A green and yellow badge reads: Web Agency for Accessible Websites. Highlighting our commitment to inclusivity, this badge is a mark of recognition vetted by accessibilitychecker.org, featuring a checkmark logo and the words Accessibility Checker at the top—an award for excellence in accessible web design.

Accessibility Checker Role Model

Accessibility Checker profiled CyberOptik as a “web agency for accessible websites” in their editorial round-up of agencies that treat accessibility as part of the build, not a bolt-on.

Termageddon Certified Agency Partner

Termageddon is the platform we use for privacy policies, terms of use, cookie policies, and cookie consent. Certified partnership means we’re trained on their process and can implement it correctly on client sites.

Better Business Bureau: A+

CyberOptik holds an A+ rating from the Better Business Bureau. We are not BBB accredited — accreditation is a separate paid membership program — so we don’t display the BBB logo or link to a BBB profile. The rating and accreditation are two different things.

Recognition earned through client work

Awards are useful trust signals, but they’re not the whole story. CyberOptik’s strongest recognition is the continued trust of hundreds of active clients, long-term website care relationships, referrals, and successful client transitions through strategic agency acquisitions.

Our goal isn’t to collect badges. It’s to build and support websites that work, communicate clearly when clients need help, and stay accountable after launch.

Every one of the awards on this page is tied back to something a client said or a project we shipped. That’s the through-line — verified feedback, evaluated work, and the same team doing it year after year.

Awards and recognition, answered

Why is the awards list focused on Clutch and The Manifest?

Both are independently operated ratings publications where the recognition is tied to verified client feedback and evaluated work. We publish awards from sources we can point back to a verifiable methodology.

Are Clutch reviews really verified?

Yes. Clutch verifies each review before it’s published — typically through a recorded phone interview or a validated email exchange with the person leaving the review. That’s why we treat Clutch recognition as different from a directory listing.

What’s the difference between Clutch and The Manifest?

They share a parent company, but they publish differently. Clutch focuses on B2B service reviews and rankings. The Manifest is more of a business news and market-research publication, and its rankings are drawn from the same underlying data set. Getting recognized on both isn’t double-counting — it’s confirmation across two editorial teams.

Are you BBB accredited?

No. We hold an A+ BBB rating, but we haven’t paid for BBB accreditation — those are two different things. The rating reflects complaint history and business practice; accreditation is a paid membership program.

Do you have design-competition awards like Awwwards or CSS Design Awards?

Not currently. Awards like Awwwards or CSS Design Awards evaluate the visual concept of a single site, usually with heavy animation or experimental interaction. Our focus is on WordPress sites that perform for clients over years — fast, accessible, easy to update. The recognition we prioritize reflects that: verified reviews, ranked service categories, editorial features, and certified partnerships.

Why show the Termageddon partnership on an awards page?

Certified partnership isn’t an award, but it is independent recognition — Termageddon vets partner agencies before granting the designation. It belongs alongside the editorial and rating-based recognition on this page because it’s also externally verified.

The right fit comes down to experience and accountability

Recognition can help narrow the field, but the right agency fit comes down to experience, process, and accountability. Explore our work, read what clients have said, or talk with our team about what your website needs next.
