When a customer asks AI for the best company in your market, does it recommend you?

AI visibility is the work of making your site’s pricing, expertise, reputation, policies, and differentiators easier for ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini, and Google’s AI overviews to find, verify, and cite. Not tricks. Real content built around the trust signals that AI platforms actually use.

The way people search is changing. Instead of typing a query and scanning ten blue links, they’re asking ChatGPT and Perplexity directly, or reading the AI overview at the top of a Google search. When they do, AI has to decide which businesses to name. That decision runs on the same evidence any thorough buyer would use: pricing that’s actually visible, reviews that can be verified, authors and team pages that establish who’s behind the content, and the policy and privacy pages that show how a business actually operates. If those signals aren’t on your site in a form AI can read, you don’t get named. AI visibility is the work of making sure you do.

No one can guarantee AI recommendations. Anyone promising you’ll be “ranked #1 by ChatGPT” doesn’t know how these systems work. What we can do is build the on-site evidence base that AI, and every human buyer, uses to evaluate you, so you’re not overlooked or excluded when the question gets asked.

The 7 AI visibility pages we build

The framework is built around seven pages that between them contain the evidence AI platforms use to evaluate a business. Each one earns its place by making a specific kind of information visible and verifiable.

1. The Perfect Pricing Page and Estimator.

What drives price up or down, where your prices fall, tiers and scopes, financing options, hidden costs, and (where it makes sense) a working estimator. Real ranges, not “call for pricing.”

2. The Best-Of Comparison Page.

Legitimate comparison of providers in your market, using verifiable criteria. Positions you straight against the competition rather than pretending they don’t exist.

3. The Ultimate Review Hub.

Consolidated reviews across Google, Yelp, Facebook, and platform-specific directories, presented as real HTML text (not just embedded widgets) with markup that AI can parse.

4. The Security and Privacy Page.

How you protect customer information, what data you collect, how transactions are secured, and the specific practices behind the policy. Not a legal boilerplate.

5. Author and Team Pages.

Named authors with credentials on every piece of content, plus team pages that establish who’s actually behind the business. Ties your content to identifiable, qualified experts.

6. The Awards and Recognition Page.

Third-party recognition, industry awards, certifications, and press mentions, with links to verifiable sources. AI relies on outside confirmation.

7. The Mother of All FAQs.

The complete set of questions buyers ask before they hire, answered directly on your site. This is where a lot of AI citations actually get pulled from.

How AI visibility work actually gets done

We start with an audit. Before writing a single page, we look at what trust signals you already have (there are usually more than you think) and where the gaps are compared to your best competitors. We also run baseline test queries against ChatGPT, Perplexity, and Google’s AI overviews to see how you’re currently being described, if at all.

From there, we prioritize which of the seven pages to build first based on what’s weakest, what’s most likely to matter for AI citations, and what your buyers are actually asking about. Every claim on every page has to be defensible. We separate client-provided information from third-party information from agency analysis, and if a claim can’t be sourced, it gets rewritten or removed.

After launch, we re-run the baseline queries to see what’s shifted. This is directional, not guaranteed. AI platforms change how they evaluate sources constantly, so the reporting is straight about what changed and what didn’t.

How it works and what it costs

This isn’t a one-page fix. Building out the seven pages takes real content work, real research, and real interviews with your team. Timeline and cost scale with how much of that content exists in usable form already.

FAQs

Can you guarantee ChatGPT or Perplexity will recommend my business?

No. Anyone guaranteeing that either doesn’t know how these systems work or is selling you something they can’t deliver. What we can do is build the on-site evidence that AI platforms use when they evaluate businesses, so your site is genuinely eligible to be cited. That’s the work.

How is AI visibility different from SEO?

SEO optimizes for ranking on Google’s ten blue links. AI visibility optimizes for being cited by AI platforms (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini) and pulled into Google’s AI overviews. There’s overlap (good content helps both) but the emphasis is different: AI visibility focuses more on trust signals, evidence, and the specific kinds of pages AI systems draw from. Most clients we do this work for are already running SEO alongside it.

Do I need all seven pages?

Not necessarily right away. We prioritize based on your industry, your existing site, and where the biggest gaps are. For example, some businesses already have a strong FAQ but no author/team page (or the other way around). The audit tells us which two or three to start with, and the rest come over the next few months.

Do you write the content or do I need to write it?

We write it. But we do it based on interviews with you and your team, because faking authority doesn’t work. AI platforms (and careful human buyers) can tell when content is generic vs. sourced from someone who actually does the work. We source from your team; we write it up in a form AI and buyers can use.

Is this a schema markup service?

Schema is part of it, but only after the on-page content is real. Structured data supports what’s visible on the page; it doesn’t manufacture signals that aren’t there. Anyone selling you an “AI schema package” without asking about your actual content is selling you something that won’t work.
