Patrick has been our Website Care Manager since 2014. More than a decade of building and maintaining the hosting and care infrastructure clients depend on sits behind that title.

He’s the one the team brings problems to when everyone else is stuck — deep PHP debugging, server optimization, the odd issue nobody’s named yet. Most of that work happens quietly, and clients never see it. They just notice the site stayed up again today.

His day-to-day work covers WordPress hosting, server optimization, and PHP debugging, and that mix spans our client projects. When something lands on his desk, he works it until the problem’s actually fixed. If the first answer doesn’t hold, he keeps going. He holds his work to the same standard as the rest of our team, and it’s a big part of why clients stick with us for years.
