About Jordan

Jordan is our Technology & Infrastructure Manager. He runs the servers, Cloudflare, and back-end systems that keep 800+ client sites online and fast, as well as the internal infrastructure the company runs on.

Since joining in 2023, Jordan has focused on hardening our hosting, tightening security, and building the internal platform our care and support teams rely on every day. It’s the work nobody outside the team ever sees — but every fast page load, every blocked attack, and every support ticket that gets answered quickly runs through systems he configured. When a site needs to load fast and stay that way, that’s his layer.

His day-to-day covers hosting infrastructure, server and Cloudflare configuration, security, and internal systems, and that mix spreads across every site we manage. When something lands on his desk, he works it until it’s done right. He holds his work to the same standard as the rest of our team, and it’s a big part of why clients stick with us for years.
