About Alex

Alex is our Automation Lead. He joined in 2026 and is building out the internal tools CyberOptik runs on — the systems that take repetitive work off the team’s plate so we can spend that time on clients.

When a process keeps getting done by hand, that’s usually where Alex starts. He wires the pieces together, brings AI in where it genuinely helps, and leaves the team with something that just works. Marketing automation sits in his lane too, along with the systems engineering that holds it all together.

His day-to-day covers workflow automation, AI integration, systems engineering, and marketing automation, and that mix shows up in the tools the whole team uses every day. When something lands on his desk, he builds it to hold up in real daily use — a tool the team actually keeps using. He holds his work to the same standard as the rest of our team, and it’s a big part of why clients stick with us for years.
