About Optuu

Optuu is CyberOptik’s Chief Mascot Officer — an orange leopard, born in 2024, who hugs the company logo, hangs out in the jungle, and shows up wherever the team does.

Optuu wasn’t hired the usual way. In late 2024, after 22 years of the CyberOptik team showing up in logos, headshots, and case studies, we decided the brand needed one more member: a character who could stand in for the mix of craftsmanship and warmth our WordPress work is built on. Optuu was born that fall.

The design says most of it. An orange leopard with dark spots, wrapped around the CyberOptik logo like it’s a small planet, framed by jungle leaves. Round, friendly, clearly a character rather than a corporate icon. The name is a nod to the digital side of the business, and the look leans playful on purpose. If you spot Optuu on a sticker at WordCamp, in a slide deck, or on a mug in the studio, you’ve found the friendliest part of the brand.

Optuu shows up wherever the team does. Design reviews, launch celebrations, summer picnics, community events, and the occasional slow Friday afternoon in the studio. The role isn’t strictly defined, and that’s the point. Optuu is a reminder that good work usually happens where a serious team lets itself have a little fun.
