As HR Director, Lindsey leads hiring, onboarding, and the people operations that keep a growing team supported day to day. Her focus is one of the harder problems in agency life: bringing in the right people, ramping them up quickly, and giving them a place they want to stay for the long run.
Her strength is understanding what a role actually needs and matching it with someone who’ll thrive in it. She spends real time on culture, career pathing, and the everyday support work that helps senior specialists do their best work without friction from the org chart. That shows up in retention numbers most agencies would envy.
Much of what clients experience as a stable, senior team traces back to the hiring bar and people practices Lindsey has built. Her role is less visible than client-facing positions, but it shapes the quality of every other function CyberOptik delivers.
