Started in 2002 with a simple idea
Founder and Managing Director Ron Johnson started CyberOptik with a straightforward goal: build websites that actually work for the people who own them. Not just the launch. The years after. The updates, the changes, the support calls, the eventual redesign.
Two decades later, that’s still the whole business. Every service we offer, every process we’ve refined, and every hire we’ve made ties back to that idea.

Care and support is handled by our internal US-based team, with direct access to the designers and developers who built your site. No ticket forwarding to a third party.
Standards we hold ourselves to
Every site passes a 75-point internal QA check before launch. We don’t launch sites that fail it.
Long relationships, not one-off projects
Most of our clients stay with us for years. Some for over a decade. We build the site once, then care for it as long as it makes sense for both sides.
