The challenge
This children’s behavioral therapy practice was virtually invisible in search when we started in April 2025, averaging just 66 monthly clicks at position 44.5. That’s page 4-5 territory for a category where the searcher is almost always a parent looking for real, immediate help for their child.
The emotional stakes here are higher than in any other case study on this page. Being unseen in search isn’t just a marketing gap. It’s a barrier between a practice that can help and families who genuinely need that help. That framing shaped every decision we made on the campaign.
The strategy
We built the plan around high-intent therapy and counseling keywords, the terms parents actually use when they’re actively looking for care, not broad informational queries with no commercial intent behind them. Service-specific and location-specific keywords were the priority, so the practice would show up in the searches most likely to convert into an intake call.
Healthcare SEO also requires precision and trust. The strategy leaned on strong E-E-A-T signals, careful messaging on sensitive topics, and content that reads like a real clinician wrote it, because that’s what parents making a hard decision need to see.
The results
| Metric | Before SEO | After SEO | Change |
|---|---|---|---|
| Avg monthly clicks | 66 | 95 | +43% |
| Avg monthly impressions | 6,300 | 26,580 | +322% |
| Avg search position | 44.5 | 16.6 | Improved 28 pos |
In under 11 months, average monthly impressions grew from 6,300 to 26,580, a 322% increase. Average monthly clicks grew from 66 to 95, a 43% increase, and search position moved from 44.5 to 16.6, a 28-position gain. This is the fastest visibility expansion in the entire CyberOptik portfolio, and recent months have outperformed earlier ones, so the growth is still accelerating.
The +322% impression growth is the story here. Once a healthcare site becomes visible for its high-intent queries, click-through and inquiry volume follow. That’s the pattern this practice is now inside.
