Full bio
Ron started CyberOptik in 2002 at age 14. His earliest projects were built with tools like GeoCities before he moved into raw HTML and started hosting websites himself. What began as a hands-on technical interest turned into a full-service website and digital marketing agency.
While attending Elmhurst College, Ron kept managing CyberOptik and started bringing in freelancers to support the company’s growth. After graduating in 2010, he moved into the agency full time. In 2012, CyberOptik committed to WordPress as its website platform, giving the team a stable foundation for design, development, hosting, maintenance, and ongoing client support.
Ron’s role has grown with the company. Beyond marketing and business development, he’s helped build the operational systems, team structure, service model, and acquisition strategy behind CyberOptik. His work sits at the intersection of technical website experience, practical marketing, client stewardship, and agency leadership.
Agency acquisitions are now a big part of Ron’s work. He’s completed 14 strategic acquisitions under the CyberOptik umbrella (and counting) and speaks about due diligence, earn-out structures, client transitions, post-acquisition integration, and building deals that work for the buyer, seller, clients, and team.
Ron’s perspective is that of an active operator, not a spectator. He’s still running a growing agency network while working the same issues he writes and speaks about: website quality, recurring service delivery, team accountability, client retention, operational stability, and growth that doesn’t cut corners.
