Now that mobile computing has become such a normal part of life, it has never been more important for your business to have a mobile website. If you aren’t catering to mobile users, you’ll soon be leaving out over half of your potential customers.

Today’s consumers are a different kind of animal. Gone are the days of waiting for the next ad to play or the next time you take the big trip to the mall. If we want information on a product, we expect it to be no more than a few taps away on our mobile device. If we want to order a product, we expect the same.

  • Many online shoppers state that a great mobile website experience makes them more inclined to purchase. If a website is difficult to use on a mobile device, they will simply move on to your competitor.
  • Traditional website sometimes utilize Flash, huge graphics files or other technology that simply doesn’t work on mobile devices. Not only will their experience be slower and more difficult, it might actually be impossible.

It’s probably clear how important it is to have a mobile-friendly experience for your visitors. Don’t put up obstacles when people want to learn more about your business or make a purchase – your job is to make that as easy as possible!
