I was impressed right off the bat with the on-line survey I was asked to complete prior to meeting with Ron. The survey prompted me to think about our new website at a much deeper level than I had originally considered. The proposal I received was very thorough, much more thorough than other proposals I had received. After the website was launched, Ron and his team responded to any requests we had in a timely manner. We were not “nickled and dimed” for every little thing we requested.
